Hi There,

We are testing the settings but on the client machine it does not prompt? Please advise.

The common mistake when client test the 'Prompt Local User for Approval' setting is that they remote control a client machine which is logged-in using the same user id as the console machine.

If you initiate a remote control session to machine B with UserID_A and machine B is logged-in by UserID_A, then Goverlan automatically cancels the user prompt (this is by design so that you can remote control your own machine without prompting yourself).

Let me know if this is the case.
