We are testing the settings but on the client machine it does not prompt? Please advise.

| #2 | The common mistake when client test the 'Prompt Local User for Approval' setting is that they remote control a client machine which is logged-in using the same user id as the console machine.
If you initiate a remote control session to machine B with UserID_A and machine B is logged-in by UserID_A, then Goverlan automatically cancels the user prompt (this is by design so that you can remote control your own machine without prompting yourself).
